I&P: What’s a dream or aspiration that’s fueled by your connection to Italy?
V.A: To live from the heart, discover joy that fills the body, follow your nature that is authentic, knowing, supporting, and loving.

I&P: Is there an Italian word or phrase that deeply resonates with you? What is it and why?
V.A: "Dolce far niente! The pleasure of doing nothing :) Likely heard by many from the movie EAT PRAY LOVE, but how wonderful to experience it both in Italy and carry it like a reminder - indulging in doing nothing!

I&P: Could you share a scent that holds a special place in your heart?
V.A: There are numerous scents I adorn myself with, soothe and awaken my inner world, but today I say, let it be vetiver. We all carry within us a center that always returns, but sometimes we get lost. Despite that, the heart knows the way back to those homes, and the guide there is precisely vetiver. The scent is earthy, dark, deep, damp, and rich - hence it is about returning to one's roots.

I&P: How do you find solace or relaxation during challenging times?
V.A. Firstly, taking care of my body - sleep, eat what it desires, indulge in scents and alchemy, watch movies, walk a lot, and while walking, listen to music. I give myself various forms of water, spend time in solitude, and time with loved ones. And of course - therapy. Both in practice and study format.

I&P: Do you find journaling to be a helpful way to track your thoughts and feelings in your creative journey?
V.A: Without a doubt. Currently, I use it mostly for exploring scents. It's fascinating to observe my journey, movement in the world of scents - journaling helps awaken the sense of smell and, at the same time, systematically delve into it, immortalizing discoveries, thoughts, and feelings.

I&P:
Do you have a mantra or affirmation that keeps you motivated when doubts arise in your pursuits?
V.A: I would say it varies a lot, but currently: Wherever I go - magic and wonder surround me!

I&P: Starting a new year often brings dreams and plans to the forefront. Do you have a particular one that’s at the top of your list, or do you prefer to give yourself the freedom to explore and discover your wishes along the way?
V.A: Accepting my inner ocean :)
